CAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NRSN) (“NeuroSense” or the “Company”), a late-clinical stage biotechnology company developing novel treatments for severe neurodegenerative diseases, today announced that the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI) has granted Brazilian Patent No. BR 112024007727-6, entitled “Compositions Comprising Ciprofloxacin and Celecoxib.”

The granted Brazilian patent, following prior approval of the corresponding U.S. patent (12,097,185) and Australian patent (2022370513), provides protection for NeuroSense’s proprietary PrimeC composition in Brazil and extends patent coverage through October 2042, further strengthening the Company’s global intellectual property estate and supporting the long-term development and potential commercialization of PrimeC in ALS, Alzheimer’s disease and additional neurodegenerative indications.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (Nasdaq: NRSN) (“NeuroSense” or the “Company”), a late-stage clinical biotechnology company developing treatments for severe neurodegenerative diseases, today announced that it received two notification letters from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on April 2, 2026, indicating that the Company is not in compliance with certain continued listing requirements of The Nasdaq Capital Market.

The first notification letter indicated that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share, since the closing bid price of the Company’s ordinary shares was below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days, from February 18, 2026 through March 31, 2026.

The second notification letter indicated that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum market value of listed securities (“MVLS”) of $35 million, since the Company’s MVLS was below $35 million for 30 consecutive business days over the same period.

These notifications have no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s securities on Nasdaq. The Company’s ordinary shares and warrants will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “NRSN” and “NRSNW,” respectively.

In accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rules, the Company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until September 29, 2026, to regain compliance with both the minimum bid price requirement and the MVLS requirement. To regain compliance, the Company’s ordinary shares must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, and the Company’s MVLS must close at $35 million or more for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, in each case subject to Nasdaq’s discretion.

FY2025 Reported With PrimeC Progress Review. NeuroSense reported a loss for FY2025 of $11.1 million or $(0.44) per share. Financial Results

Research and development expenses for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 were $6.2 million and $5.7 million, respectively. The increase of $0.5 million, or 8.8%, was mainly attributed to an increase in share-based payment expenses and increase in our salaries and social benefits expenses which were partly offset by a decrease of our expenses to subcontractors and consultants.

General and administrative expenses for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024 were $4.9 million and $4.2 million, respectively. The increase of $0.7 million, or 16.6%, was mainly attributed to an increase in share-based compensation.

As of December 31, 2025, NeuroSense had cash of approximately $0.2 million.

Health Canada Pre-NDS Meeting

A pre-New Drug Submission (pre-NDS) meeting with Health Canada has been rescheduled to May 2026.

PARADIGM Study Overview

PARADIGM was a multinational Phase 2b randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial conducted at leading ALS referral centers in Italy, Canada, and Israel.

The study enrolled 68 participants with definite or probable ALS, randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive PrimeC or placebo for six months. The double-blind phase was followed by a 12-month open-label extension, during which all participants received PrimeC while maintaining blinding to original treatment assignment.

Even though the trial was not powered to demonstrate definitive efficacy, participants who received PrimeC from the outset maintained a clinically meaningful 7.92-point functional advantage in ALSFRS-R at 18 monthswhich represents over 36% benefit of slowing disease progression (p=0.007), with the largest improvement observed in the bulbar domain (p=0.001), a key determinant of speech, swallowing, and quality of life in ALS.

In addition, ALS complication-free survival demonstrated a 64% relative risk reduction favoring early treatment (p=0.02), suggesting potential long-term clinical benefit.

Biomarker Findings

The trial also demonstrated biological activity consistent with PrimeC’s proposed multi-pathway mechanism.

Markers of iron metabolism, which are frequently dysregulated in ALS, showed favorable significant changes, including preservation of transferrin levels and stabilization of ferritin.

In parallel, plasma microRNA analysis revealed statistically significant downregulation of ALS-associated microRNAs miR-199a-3p, miR-199a-5p, miR-181a-5p, and miR-181b-5p, which have been linked to disease severity and prognosis.

Together, these findings provide biological evidence that PrimeC engages disease-relevant pathways and support its continued development as a potential disease-modifying therapy.

PrimeC Demonstrates Survival Benefit and 65% Mortality Risk Reduction. NeuroSense announced a Post-Phase 2b Analysis of its trial testing PrimeC in ALS. New data shows PrimeC patients had an additional 14 months (about 70%) survival with 65% reduction in risk of death. These improvements in overall survival correlate with previous Phase 2b Paradigm data that showed improvements in several endpoints of function, biomarkers, and survival.

New Data Shows Continued Improvement In Survival. The newly released data show the PrimeC treated patients had a median survival benefit of 36.3 months compared with 21.4 months for the group that received placebo then PrimeC during the extension study. CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NRSN) (“NeuroSense”), a late-stage clinical biotechnology company focused on developing disease-modifying treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, today announced the availability of additional long-term survival data from its previously completed PARADIGM Phase 2b clinical trial evaluating PrimeC in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

The updated analysis, based on extended follow-up, demonstrates a clinically meaningful and statistically significant improvement in overall survival for patients treated with PrimeC, compared to those initially assigned to placebo.

    According to Kaplan–Meier survival estimates, patients who received PrimeC continuously during both the double-blind and open-label phases achieved an estimated median survival of 36.3 months, compared to 21.4 months for patients initially assigned to placebo during the double-blind phase and crossing over to active treatment during the open label extension. This represents over 14-month improvement and approximately a 70% increase in median survival. The survival benefit was sustained over time, with consistent separation between treatment arms throughout the follow-up period.

    A log-rank test comparing survival curves demonstrated statistical significance (p = 0.0218).

    Further analysis using a Cox proportional hazards model showed that PrimeC treatment was associated with a 65% reduction in the risk of death compared to placebo (hazard ratio: 0.35; 95% CI: 0.17–0.71; p = 0.0037), after adjusting for baseline risk factors.

The newly reported survival findings represent additional meaningful data generated from the same completed study, further enhancing the overall data package supporting PrimeC.

    The granted patent provides protection for the use of PrimeC combination in Alzheimer’s disease, strengthening NeuroSense’s intellectual property estate and supporting the program’s long-term development and potential commercialization, with protection extending through 2043.

    Release – NeuroSense Confirms Favorable Safety and Tolerability of PrimeC in an Alzheimer’s Phase 2 Study

    CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NRSN) (“NeuroSense”), a late-clinical stage biotechnology company developing novel treatments for severe neurodegenerative diseases, today reported completion of the safety analysis from its proof-of-concept Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled NST-AD-001 study of PrimeC combination in Alzheimer’s disease.

    The safety analysis indicated a favorable tolerability profile for PrimeC. No serious adverse events were reported, and no new or unexpected safety signals were identified.

    As an exploratory proof-of-concept study, clinical outcome measures are descriptive by design. NeuroSense will analyze clinical observations alongside biomarker data to enable a more comprehensive interpretation of the clinical observations, with results expected in the first quarter of 2026.
