Record underground development supports production growth. Kuya Silver reported record underground development at its Bethania silver mine in Peru during the third quarter of 2026, advancing 575 meters and excavating 4,713 tonnes of development material. Management prioritized mine development over near-term production to establish additional working areas and support higher mining rates. Quarterly production totaled 3,401 tonnes of mineralized material, with increased output expected beginning in the fourth quarter and continuing into 2027.

Infrastructure and processing agreements establish a path to higher throughput. An upgraded underground winch system is expected to support the targeted mining rate of 350 tonnes per day (tpd) without completing the planned access ramp. Separately, a strategic agreement with the Camila processing plant secures dedicated capacity of 3,000 tonnes monthly through March 2027, increasing to 4,000 tonnes beginning in April. The agreement supports near-term production growth while allowing Kuya Silver to prioritize construction of its fully permitted 350 tpd Bethania processing plant.
