Moving through the permitting process. Century has completed all required environmental baseline studies to begin Angel Island’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting process, which is expected to take up to two years before reaching a record of decision. The studies will be used by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to support the company’s upcoming Plan of Operations submission and subsequent NEPA analysis.

FAST-41 designation. In August 2025, Angel Island was formally designated as a FAST-41 Transparency project under a federal initiative designed to improve the transparency, coordination, and timeliness of the federal environmental review and permitting process. The designation reflects Angel Island’s strategic importance in supporting the U.S. critical minerals supply chain. We think the Angel Island project is well-positioned for a timely progression through the permitting process.

Release – Century Lithium Progress on Permitting at Angel Island

Research News and Market Data on CYDVF

October 1, 2025 – Vancouver, Canada – Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LCE) (OTCQX: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z) (“Century Lithium” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide an update on the development and progress of Century Lithium’s wholly owned lithium project, Angel Island, located in Nevada, USA. The achievements include Angel Island’s inclusion in the FAST-41 Transparency Dashboard process, and the completion and submission of all required baseline environmental studies to the Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”).

“Angel Island’s addition to the FAST-41 Transparency program is a significant milestone for Century Lithium,” said Bill Willoughby, CEO of Century Lithium. “It signals strong federal interest in advancing secure domestic lithium supply and provides greater permitting certainty to our stakeholders and future project partners.”

In August 2025, Angel Island was formally designated as a FAST-41 Transparency project under the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act, a US federal initiative designed to improve the transparency, coordination, and timeliness of the federal environmental review and permitting process. This designation reflects Angel Island’s strategic importance in supporting the US critical minerals supply chain and strengthens federal agency coordination under the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) process.

Also in August, the Company closed a $4.7 million LIFE offering, which will fund the completion of an updated Feasibility Study and ongoing permitting efforts for Angel Island. The updated Feasibility Study will reflect the most current project data, including optimization of Angel Island’s lithium recovery process, and will provide the technical information supporting the Plan of Operations (“PoO”) leading into the NEPA process.

Century Lithium has completed all required environmental baseline studies to begin Angel Island’s NEPA permitting process. These studies span a range of biological, cultural, water, and land use resources and will be used by the BLM to support the Company’s upcoming PoO submission and the subsequent NEPA analyses. Completion of these studies was a critical prerequisite to entering the NEPA review phase and positions Angel Island for timely progression through the permitting process.

With Angel Island part of the FAST-41 Transparency program, funding for the updated Feasibility Study and permitting secured, and baseline studies completed, Century Lithium has further derisked Angel Island. The Company is now focusing its efforts on the next critical steps of permitting that will boost Angel Island’s visibility in the search for strategic investors, offtake partners, and government funding opportunities.

Release – Century Lithium Reports Battery-Grade Lithium Metal Anodes Produced From Angel Island Lithium Carbonate

Research News and Market Data on CYDVF

July 21, 2025 – Vancouver, Canada – Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV:LCE) (OTCQX:CYDVF) (Frankfurt:C1Z) (“Century Lithium” or “the Company”) is pleased to report progress by Alpha-En Corporation of Hopewell Junction, New York, on its successful conversion of Century Lithium’s lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) into battery-grade lithium-metal anodes (“Li-MA”). The Li-MA was produced using lithium carbonate derived from Century Lithium’s wholly owned lithium project, Angel Island in Esmeralda County, Nevada and the associated Demonstration Plant in Nye County, Nevada.

“We are proud that Century Lithium was selected as a domestic source of lithium for Alpha-En’s program to produce lithium-metal anodes,” said Bill Willoughby, Century Lithium President and CEO. “This collaboration reflects the quality of our material and the strength of our technical capabilities as we continue to support innovation across the US battery materials supply chain.”

Century Lithium provided Alpha-En with a sample of 99.8% pure lithium carbonate from Angel Island. The sample was converted by Alpha-En into lithium metal using Alpha-En’s patented room-temperature conversion process, resulting in Li-MA with a high areal capacity and extraction efficiency. In the pilot test, Century Lithium material exceeded the quality of battery-grade lithium carbonate from a commercial non-domestic source.

“We are very pleased with the performance of the lithium metal produced from Century Lithium’s lithium carbonate. Its purity and consistency translated directly into high-quality lithium-metal anodes,” said Landon Oakes, Chief Technology Officer of Alpha-En Corporation. “We look forward to continued collaboration with Century Lithium as they advance Angel Island.”

Century Lithium is progressing Angel Island through ongoing permitting, engineering, and technical development at its Demonstration Plant. The Company maintains a positive long-term outlook on lithium-based batteries, which it believes will play a critical role in the growth of the electric vehicle (“EV”) and stationary energy storage markets. Century Lithium looks forward to further supporting Alpha-En’s efforts to develop a domestic lithium supply chain.

Investor webinar. Century Lithium recently discussed the Angel Island Lithium project during an insightful investor webinar. Key highlights included: 1) Angel Island is an advanced project with one of the largest lithium deposits in the United States, 2) the project employs a proven patent-pending process for chloride leaching, along with direct lithium extraction to produce lithium carbonate, 3) Century has a secured a 1,770 acre-feet per year water rights permit, and 4) the company has demonstrated its ability to consistently produce battery grade lithium carbonate on-site at its pilot plant in Amargosa Valley, Nevada.

Nearing completion of a Plan of Operations. Management expects to submit a Plan of Operations to the Bureau of Land Management within the next few months, which would enable the company to initiate the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) permitting process. We anticipate the NEPA permitting process could take between 12 and 24 months, depending on whether an environmental assessment or environmental impact statement is required. An environmental impact statement generally takes longer.

Release – Century Lithium Provides Technical Update on Angel Island

Research News and Market Data on CYDVF

May 6, 2025 – Vancouver, Canada – Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LCE) (OTCQX: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z) (“Century Lithium” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its 100%-owned lithium project, Angel Island (“Angel Island”) near Silver Peak, Nevada and the associated Lithium Extraction Facility (“Demonstration Plant”) in Amargosa Valley, Nevada.

“Century Lithium has continued to advance Angel Island through the Company’s Demonstration Plant,” said Bill Willoughby, Century Lithium President and CEO. “Our Demonstration Plant allows us to improve our technology through various avenues of testing, most recently with ARi, where recent results have exceeded our expectations.”

Advancements to the Demonstration Plant

Century Lithium has successfully completed testing at the Demonstration Plant in collaboration with Amalgamated Research, LLC (“ARi”) of Twin Falls, Idaho. This testing focused on new developments within the Direct Lithium Extraction (“DLE”) portion of Century Lithium’s process. These results exceeded expectations for lithium recovery and eluate grade produced from a primary step in the DLE process. The Company believes this could result in a substantial reduction in the estimated capital and operating costs at Angel Island.

Results from DLE Pilot Testing (November 2024–January 2025):

  • 328 milligrams per liter (“mg/L”) lithium feed concentration
  • 91.6% lithium recovery
  • 575 mg/L eluate grade with a low Na:Li ratio of 0.6:1

Additional Technical Progress at the Demonstration Plant

  • An increase of lithium in eluate to 12 to 14 grams per liter (“g/L”) lithium concentration using specialty membranes in the concentration steps following DLE
  • Continued operation of the lithium carbonate (“Li2CO3”) circuit, resulting in 99.87% purity in Li2COsamples
  • Third-party evaluation is underway on Li2CO3 samples for use in producing lithium iron phosphate (“LFP”) batteries. LFP batteries have a high energy density and long cycle life and are used in solar, energy storage systems and long-range EV applications
  • Testing is underway for thermal pretreatment of Angel Island clay with the potential to significantly reduce hydrochloric acid use in the leach stage of processing

Release – Century Lithium Provides Update On Angel Island

Research News and Market Data on Century Lithium

April 30, 2025 – Vancouver, Canada – Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LCE) (OTCQX: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z) (“Century Lithium” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its 100%-owned lithium project, Angel Island (“Angel Island”) near Silver Peak, Nevada.

Strategic Policy Developments

Century Lithium welcomes recent Executive Orders from the White House under President Donald J. Trump, which prioritize domestic mining and processing of critical minerals. These directives emphasize the need for a secure US-based supply chain for lithium, which is an essential mineral for use in battery production for energy storage, EVs, and defense. The Company believes it is uniquely positioned to support this national initiative with Angel Island, a feasibility-level lithium project, and a single-source miner and producer of lithium carbonate.

“Century Lithium is uniquely prepared to contribute to a domestic solution for lithium products at Angel Island,” said Bill Willoughby, Century Lithium President and CEO. “Our demonstration plant and advanced technology position us to contribute to the efforts of the US mining industry in building secure and sustainable domestic critical minerals supply chains.”

Permitting Update

The Company recently met with the Nevada State Office of the Bureau of Land Management (“BLM”) to discuss the implications of recent White House Executive Orders and progress on environmental studies and permitting for Angel Island. On the Federal level, the remaining steps include completion and approval of final baseline studies, and completion and submittal of the Mine Plan of Operations (“PoO”) for BLM approval. Following approval of the PoO, the BLM will determine the appropriate level of National Environmental Policy Act analysis that will be required, either an environmental assessment or an environmental impact statement. Throughout this process to date, the BLM has provided helpful and timely assistance as we work through the permitting process. Century Lithium looks forward to a continued positive working relationship with the BLM moving forward.
