(“Flotek” or the “Company”) (NYSE: FTK), a leader in technology-driven, specialty green chemistry solutions, will host a conference call on Thursday March 10, at 3:30 p.m. CST (4:30 p.m. EST) to discuss the recently-announced agreement with ProFrac Holdings, LLC (“ProFrac”) that, upon closing, would significantly expand the long-term supply agreement with one of ProFrac’s affiliates.
